We do not have a block of rooms reserved, however, discounted room rates are available by contacting the hotel directly and informing them you are a guest of the Entringer-Arland wedding! See the Travel and Accommodations page.

Complimentary valet parking is available to all wedding guests. Just pull through to the main entrance of the hotel, and the valet crew will take it from there! Once you've arrived, signs will point you to where the ceremony will be held. For guests staying overnight at the Valley Ho: You may wish to call ahead for early check-in. Overnight parking charges may apply as indicated when you book your hotel reservation.

We are asking guests to wear formal attire for this event. Gentlemen, a suit and tie is preferred. Ladies, a floor length gown, dressy pantsuit, or elegant cocktail dress is appropriate. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and weather is expected to be in the comfortable low 70's. Dinner and dancing will be indoors. (Note - the lawn where the ceremony will be held is artificial turf, so your stilettos are safe!)

Due to venue capacity limits, we can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation, indicated on the website when you RSVP. We thank you for understanding!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. You are welcome to arrive as early as 4:00 PM, and we ask that you keep in mind we will be unable to accommodate late-entry to the ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktails, light-bites, and live jazz music on the rooftop as the sun sets. For dinner and dancing, we will head back downstairs to "The Sands" reception hall located on property. Live music will be performed by The Lucky Devils band.
